Returns

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Please contact our customer service team at info@citrinegroup.com to request a return authorization and receive further instructions on the return process. Please note that buyer’s are responsible for shipping costs back to Attem. 

 

Exchange Options:

  • Exchanges are offered for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
  • If the requested size is not available, a gift card for the original purchase amount will be issued for future use.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@citrinegroup.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds and Processing:

  • Refunds are not available; however, exchanges or gift cards will be processed promptly upon receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after the items are received.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for further assistance.

 

Note:

  • Attem reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
